Located in a historic mansion dating back to 1740, Graycliff has been rated one of the world’s 10 best restaurants by Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. A must-see during your visit. The wine cellar has a Wine Spectator Grand Award selection of wines with over 250,000 bottles, 60 selections of mineral spring water and an incredible and unique variety of ports, cognacs, armagnacs and vintage malts. The menu offers superb fresh fish, the finest meats, dry-aged and certified Angus beef, Kurobuta pork and rarities and delicacies from Japanese-Wagyu Kobe beef to Italian white truffles with home-made pastas to fresh foie gras to boutique French cheeses with honey truffle to soufflés. Tasting menu of molecular cuisine. Private dining rooms in the cellar and kitchen. The only five-star restaurant in The Bahamas offers an unparalleled dining experience.
