Southwestern style meets a Caribbean twist at renowned chef Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill. Take in breathtaking views of one of Paradise Island’s pristine beaches while dining on a mouth-watering medley of appetizers, entrées and Flay’s famous steaks. Start with Bahamian-spiced chicken skewers with yoghurt cilantro sauce. Entrées include grilled red snapper, New Mexican spice-rubbed pork tenderloin, ancho-chile honey-glazed salmon and Flay’s famous steak specialities. Guests six years and older welcomed. Dinner served daily 5:30-10pm. Resort elegant attire. Reservations highly recommended.
