Named for a Bob Marley song, this Caribbean-fusion restaurant is a place where exotic island spices and herbs meet gourmet cuisine. Mouth-watering Caribbean staples and Marley’s favourite recipes are carefully prepared by executive chef Devan McPhee. Simmer Down offers three dining options: For an intimate, cosy evening, you may opt for elegant indoor dining; for a more relaxed evening you may dine under the stars in the picturesque courtyard or on the beachfront, relaxing to the sound of the ocean and the fragrant sea breeze.
