Set in the historic 1789 Buena Vista Estate in downtown Nassau, visitors can enjoy a complimentary tour of the John Watling?s Distillery and enjoy the finest cocktails made with their very own award-winning, handcrafted Bahamian rums. Be sure to try the world famous John Watling?s Rum Dum, invented by senior mixologist Wilfred Sands 42 years ago in Nassau. A light lunch menu is available featuring tasty starters such as conch chowder, chips and dip and glazed chicken bites as well as a variety of freshly made sandwiches, wraps and salads, and delicious desserts including tarts, rum cake and Bahamian favourite guava duff.
