Blue Water Resort is a luxurious oceanfront villa property on Cable Beach. All villas feature modern amenities with three bdrms and can accommodate up to eight people. Harborside Resort at Atlantis on Paradise Island offers spacious, designer-decorated one- and two-bdrm villas with fully equipped kitchens, separate bedrooms, living rooms and entertainment centres. Paradise Harbour Club and Marina became a member of the Festiva family of exclusive resort properties as of Jan 1, 2007. This RCI resort boasts harbourfront views and private patios in each of the 18 villas. Amenities include a marina, lagoon-style pool with central waterfall, eight-person hot tub and optional poolside service. Columbus Tavern, a gourmet waterfront restaurant, is on site. Royal Holiday at Wyndham Nassau Resort and Crystal Palace Casino offers a flexible multi-destination membership. The club operates a credit system that allows members to vacation in at least 75 different resorts around the world and also on a number of cruise lines. Sandyport Beaches Resort is an RCI Gold Crown resort and vacation club with 72 units and plans for a total of 288. The resort is located next to Olde Towne mall, which houses various shops, restaurants and a Bally’s fitness centre. The resort has one-, two- and three-bdrm lockout deluxe suites. Sunrise Beach Villas is ideally situated in the middle of Cabbage Beach on Paradise Island.
